Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-11

1. Who these terms cover

"Prime" is the security operations platform at prime.tamayaz.io, operated by Tamayaz. These terms apply to anyone who accesses Prime: applicants submitting an intake form, employees of Premier Security or Vanguard Security Services using a portal, and administrators managing tenant operations.

By signing in or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Prime.

2. Accounts

Each account is for one named individual. Do not share your password. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised. Use the password reset flow or write to support@tamayaz.io to recover access.

We may suspend or terminate an account for repeated failed sign-in attempts, suspected credential compromise, or material breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information in applications, reports, inspections, or change requests.
  • Upload content that violates third-party rights, contains malware, or is unlawful.
  • Attempt to access tenants, employees, or records that are not yours.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Prime systems without our prior written authorization.
  • Use Prime to send unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have not opted in.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or rebrand the platform.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant Tamayaz a limited licence to host, process, encrypt, transmit, and display that information solely as needed to run Prime for the tenant you belong to.

You confirm that you have the right to upload anything you submit, including identification documents and signatures.

5. AI features

Some workflows use AI (Vertex AI Gemini and Cloud Vision) to extract data from uploaded documents, draft incident reports, or summarize shift logs. AI output is a draft, not a final record. A human reviews and approves the result before it is treated as authoritative.

We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Subprocessor terms with Google Cloud restrict training use of input/output content.

6. Availability

Prime is provided on an "as is" basis. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in your portal. Service-level commitments to enterprise tenants are governed by a separate agreement (see the Service Agreement linked at the bottom of this page).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamayaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Prime. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the fees you have paid for the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud).

8. Termination

You can stop using Prime at any time by closing your account. We can terminate access for material breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or non-payment of fees owed by your tenant. On termination, your access ends immediately; data retention follows the Privacy Policy section 4.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in your portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Prime after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
